The peaks of Slovenian emigrant literature

The research project, which was evaluated at 800 hours per year, includes the systematic addition of primary and secondary materials, a literary-historical placement, literary-theoretical definitions, an interpretive analysis and evaluation of any works of fiction within the framework of the three thematic sections of the project: 1) women's poetry in the Slovenian diaspora, 2) Slovenian expatriate drama, 3) prominent individuals in Slovenian emigrant fiction. The work was carried out by establishing a literary-historical context, providing a literary-theoretical definition, and carrying out an interpretative analysis and evaluation. It was described and corroborated in the project proposal and substantiated by reviews of previous literary-historical and interpretative works of the project's manager.

Since the project funds did not allow the participation of registered external collaborators and since the project hours were transferred to the program group, the results of the research in question can be seen from the bibliography of the project manager within the research work of the program group in the period 1996-1999.
