Description
The MSCA project focuses on a research of unbalanced mobility flows of the highly educated (MSCA) professionals in the European Union (EU).
The main goals of the project are:
- Familiarization with the situation or context of the research with emphasis on MSCA guidelines.
- Defining the objectives of the research in connection with the objectives of the MSCA conference within the Slovenian Presidency of the EU in November 2021.
- Conduct a survey with semi-structured interviews and analyze the results by country and upgrade to a comparative analysis of similarities and differences between countries
- Review of any existing measures to promote the return or circulation (MSCA) of educated people by country and possible measures to promote (long-term) cooperation between the country of departure and the expert who remained in the host country.
- Presentation of the results of the research at the MSCA conference within the Slovenian Presidency of the EU in November 2021.
- Preparation of materials for the final report.
