The State of Archival, Museum and Library Materials among Slovenian Emigrants in Sweden, in the United States

The purpose of the project was to record the current state of emigrant archival materials and to interest younger emigrants in further professional maintenance for archival materials of Slovenian emigrants and returnees. This time we focused on Slovenians in Sweden, the USA as well as returnees. As part of the project, a seminar for expatriate archivists was organized in Ljubljana 17-24 May 2004. The results are useful in the further work of the Government Office for Slovenians Abroad.
