Expertise: A Strategy for Guest Workers and Emigrants

The commission for the expertise came from the Government Office for Slovenians Abroad. It includes a historical outline of Slovenian emigration, a description of the current situation and strategic initiatives in various areas (scientific research, education, cultural activities, archival collections, the emigration museum, media, economy, etc.)
