Slovenes in Slavic Countries in the 19th and 20th Centuries

The project consisted of a research into the Slovenes in Slavic lands from the middle of the 19th century up to the decline of the Habsburg monarchy; the history of emigration and integration of the Slovenes in the new environment; a historical survey of the dimension of emigration of the Slovenes in these countries; cultural and political connections, the number and the activities of Slovene students and professors/scholars in these countries; mutual ideological influences and economic cooperation; and a survey of the then press, translations, and sociological analyses.
