Ivana Azhievska graduated with an LLB in Law in 2018, followed by an LLM in International Law and Relations and Law of the European Union, in 2021 from the Faculty of Law, Iustinianus Primus, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, North Macedonia. She started an LLM program in International Law at the Law Faculty of the University of Ljubljana in 2021.
During her studies, she actively participated in research and practical projects at ISIM, focusing on brain drain and migration patterns in Europe. Since February 2024, she has been working as an assistant at the Institute for Slovenian Emigration and Migration on various international projects.
