The significance of the cultural production of Slovenians in Bosnia and Herzegovina and of members of the nations of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Slovenia

The aim of bilateral research into the cultural production of these minorities was to explore the forms and the extent of their mutual cooperation. We also wished to find out in what ways and to what degree both minorities' cultural production has been reflected in the society and culture of the majority language area and vice versa, how much and in what ways the minority cultural production has been influenced by the majority society and culture. We wished to analyze international intercultural activities and encourage new ones. We intended to support local cultural actors in both countries, acquaint and connect them and thus revive cultural and social ties, inform the public about cultural similarities and differences, and encourage cultural exchange between various institutions.
